You need to practice your ball control everyday. Walk with a ball, (doesn’t need to be a football – try a tennis ball), kick against objects like walls at various pace, and at different angles and trap the return. Use both feet and chest and body. Roll a ball under your feet back and forth just to get the feel. If you can find a wall. Try getting close and hitting the ball against the wall from close range repeatedly getting faster and faster until you are flat out and you still have control of the ball. Use both feet. You can put both hands on the wall for balance if you like. Juggle with BOTH feet, try to beat the last time. If you do 30 try 35 then 40 etc. Try different sized balls. Use a tennis ball for juggling, then something a little bigger and finally a full sized football. All in one session.
