How long does it take to implement WoW?
There are two steps to implementing WoW. 1. Installation and Training Installation and Training takes 1 day. We can usually arrange an installation date within 2 weeks of your commitment to the project, It’s best to ensure the whole tema is available on the training day. but not all staff will be required all the time. We can install and train on weekends if that’s more convenient for you. 2. Data Setup Data setup will begin as part of the training day. The remaining data setup depends on your product range and how many wholesalers you use. Most of our clients break up the data setup tasks into small manageable chunks. For example, you might decide to commit 5-10 hours a week for 1-2 months. It’s helpful to delegate tasks. You and your staff learn more about WoW while you complete the data setup. This is undoubtedly the most time-consuming step. When this once-off data setup is complete, your business will enjoy the ongoing time-savings and WoW’s many other benefits.
