How long does it take to implement BI-Enterprise on a client?

0

We implement BI-Enterprise per key business functions. Key Business Functions are Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Operations. The implementation in each area occurs in 3 phases. Phase 1 is understanding the client’s business and defining their “live” business reporting needs. Phase 2 is implementing the solution within the Business Process and Phase 3 is training and supporting the users as they integrate our solution within their business process for a true positive ROI on their business. The usual completion timeframe of phases 1 and 2 per business function are 3 to 6 months. Phase 3 depends on the organization and could vary between 3 to 9 months. However, we can begin parallel activities across Business Functions.
