Heating a room really depends on the size of the room, it’s current temperature, and how well it’s insulated, however most average rooms at proper temperatures can be heated in generally about a half an hour. Yes, the iHeater can handle more than one room and that depends on its’ position placement within your floor plan. If placed in a central location with minimal obstruction the iHeater can heat up to 1,500 square feet (1500 model). For any additional areas, such as a second story a second unit is recommended.
