It depends on the size and scope of your project – but generally it takes about the same amount of time as it does to do site preparation for a log home. Basic site preparation includes utilities, road excavation, foundation, water, backfill, floor framing, plumbing, installation of floor ducking, crane pad allowance and trailer positions.
