How long does it take to get Yogurt Brigade boxes?
Once you sign up, you should receive a confirmation email from customersupport@terracycle.net. After you confirm, it takes roughly 2–3 weeks to receive your first set of boxes. We ship boxes via UPS Ground from New Jersey. Shipping times will vary by location. If you have not received your bags by the third week, send a quick email to customersupport@terracycle.net from the email address you signed up with or call our customer support team at 866–967–6766.
