Because Orthaheel is made of ‘foot-friendly’ flexible EVA, it takes most people only a few hours to get used to them. Some people may need a few days, in which case we recommend taking the orthotics out of shoes for 1 to 2 hours before putting them back in and repeating until they feel comfortable.
