How long does it take to get the eBook ready for selling on the website?
The timeline depends on a number of factors including the shape of the manuscript, how much work needs to be done to it and how many questions arise out of the process. It also depends on the amount of to-ing and fro-ing between you and us to get things right, and how long it takes you to review the proofs and designs. Remember, we are used to preparing professional-standard books and therefore are trained and experienced in picking up inconsistencies and errors. Some of these may take time to work through. As a rough guide, about 1 to 2 months would be a comfortable timeline. It may take longer if we are very busy at the time, as we do have peaks and troughs in an industry that is sometimes so unpredictable.
