Your Personalized Macy’s ReadyCARD will arrive in the mail at your home within seven to ten days after you call to set up your Macy’s ReadyCARD account or after you go through the online sign-up process. Macy’s ReadyCARDs are shipped first class U.S. Mail the next business day after application acceptance. If you haven’t received your Macy’s ReadyCARD within this amount of time, please call Customer Service immediately at (877) 607-3239.
