Activation dates are made on the 1st of every month. Example: If we receive an application between July 1st and 15th, the activation date will be August 1st. If we receive an application between July 16th and 31st, the activation date will be September 1st. You and the pharmacy distributor you selected during the enrollment process will be sent an email advising your effective date, and additional information on optimizing savings through the PVP.
