Narrowband (telephone dial-up) customers can expect to spend about 15 minutes downloading EZ Antivirus (3.72Mb) and about 17 minutes downloading Desktop Protector (4.3Mb). These figures are based on an average 33kbit/s connection. Broadband customers should expect to download both programs in less than 5 minutes each.
