How long does it take to develop a business and marketing strategy?
There are many steps that need to be taken to develop a full business and marketing strategy. The amount of time it will take depends on which activities we’ll complete as part of our project. Most of our clients need us to help them with all of the items listed as part of our Phase One service description. If we do all of these activities by holding work sessions on a weekly basis, a project of this type tends to last two to three months, although the process can be expedited as needed.
