How long does it take to customize and install the CMTS system once the contract is signed?
Once the contract is signed, the customization and install of CMTS can take as little as 4 weeks to several months. The total implementation process consist of identifying client requirements, providing specific client customization or software changes, installing the test product and allow for feedback, conducting final install and performing training. In the end, it heavily depends on how much customization is required by the client and the responsiveness by the client in providing answers.
