How long does it take to cook a chicken fillet?
Chicken fillet is the best cut of chicken and the least flavoursome. I will require only a few minutes to cook and I would suggest you give it a fry in a medium hot pan lightly salted. 3-5 minutes and then add your pesto and cook until the pesto is bubbling and the juices from the chicken run clear. You would be far better off to get chicken drums or thighs and take the meat from the bones and cook the same way, except they may take a little longer to cook, but will impart a far better chicken taste. I am sure that will impress more than the fillets.
