How long does it take to complete an IVF cycle?
If everything goes according to plan, including ability to harvest eggs, fertilization of eggs with sperm, and successful transfer, one procedural cycle takes about three weeks. However, there might be some preparation needed before hormone therapy and egg follicle stimulation can occur; and remember, patients may need more than one procedure to become pregnant.
