How long does it take to complete a CEU course?
• Whether it’s an Online Text, Audio or Video course, a 3 Credit Hour course is designed to take approximately 3 Clock Hours to complete – just as if you were in a 3-Hour Live CEU workshop. The same time concept applies to our 1.5, 6, 8, etc hour courses. • It’s true that some people do absorb and process information more quickly or more slowly than others, and so there may be some variation of time from person to person ~ but NBCC and NAADAC have strict content length and format standards for approved CE courses, and ALL of our courses meet these required standards. • NOTE: If you take a 6-, 10-, 20-hour course from another CEU provider, and it only takes you an hour or so to fully complete it (to read or listen or watch the course content and complete the exam), then that provider is violating NBCC and NAADAC required standards, and may soon find themselves in trouble with their regulatory approval Boards, and you may find that your credits are subsequently rejected by your Board.
