How long does it take to become a pharmacist?
To become a pharmacist requires quit a bit of education and sacrafice. Remember good things come to those who wait, and pay. It takes about 8 years to be a pharmacist. Depending on the college of pharmacy attended, the student may need to have a bachelor’s degree before starting. Some colleges used to allow students to complete 2-3 years of prerequisites and enter without a degree, but now the federal law requites that you have your bachelor’s.
