How long does it take to be assigned moorage?
A – Moorage is in strong demand all over the lower mainland. The Club’s prime location and attractive mooring rates are no exception. Moorage is assigned on the basis of seniority as a Club member and on the availability of slips to match your boat length and beam measurements. Recent experience has had boats under 25′ be assigned in 2-3 years, boats 26′-29′ in 3-10 years, boats 30′-35′ in 6-10 years, boats 36′-40′ in 8-12 years, and for boats over 40′, in 12-15 years or more. Beam of boat is also an important factor in slip assignments.
