How long does it take to assess, define and implement processes, competency measurement and training?
There are no quantifiable benchmarks that dictate how long it will take top implement the processes and training we recommend. Every client has different and often unique needs. However, our project assessment process is extremely rigorous and thorough, and can help us determine timeframes for successful implementation. Before we proceed with our planning, we always discuss the estimated timeframe to success with our clients. Finally, we are proud to offer the most comprehensive process modeling, competency assessment, and training available. It is absolutely not our practice to “milk” our clients by expanding the amount of time we spend at a client’s site beyond what is absolutely necessary.
