Once you purchase your rocketVoIP service you will be able to make and receive calls immediately after installing your rocketVoIP device. However, provisioning of your E-911 service may take additional time to complete in which case any 911 calls dialed between installation of your device and completion of 911 provisioning may not complete. During this time you will have to arrange alternate emergency dialing that is not associated with your rocketVoIP service.
