Wage determinations are issued as soon as administratively feasible, but typically within 20 days of receipt of the Standard Form 98. If a contracting officer has not received a response from the Department of Labor within 30 days the contracting agency should contact the Wage and Hour Division to determine when the wage determination can be expected.
