How long does it take from the time people start answering questions to the point where my entire installed base is profiled?
The initial dialogue-based sampling necessary is usually completed at install time (1-2 weeks). Extrapolation is then run within a day to generate user models for the entire user base. Subsequently, the models refine over time through transactions. So, there is no further dialogue (unless the client explicitly requests it) for the system to “finish its profiling”. Profiling is completed at install time and then automatically refined.
