How long does it take for the USCIS to processing the NIW I-140 application?
It usually takes three to six months for USCIS to process your I-140 petition, but some petitions may take longer for adjudication. The result may be petition approval, or petition denial, or Requests For Evidence (RFE). If you are required to provide more evidence, it may take another one to four months after you submitted the required information.
