How long does it take for someone to get rid of candida?
That’s a very difficult question to answer, because it takes different people different lengths of time depending on what other complications they might have, or other medical conditions they have. But in general it should take someone six to eight months to not only get rid of the candida, but be building up their immune system so that they’re feeling much better. They still may need to be on a maintenance dose of certain supplements that kill candida or parasites for quite some time, however. Due to the fact that we are all being bombarded with parasites constantly from the food, the water, and each other, I have now found it necessary to recommend to all my patients that they remain on some type of anti-fungal or yeast killer for a minimal period of at least three months, after it appears that their candida has been eliminated, just to ensure that it is totally gone. In the past I did not do this as I did not see that it was necessary. But recent data on the prevalence of parasites
