If you do a home test, within a couple of minutes. If you take a urine pregnancy test at the dr.’s office they basically use the same kind of test and will tell you the results before you leave. If they do a blood test it will probably be 1-2 days depending on where you get it done and how fast the turnaround at the lab is.
