Electronic references are marked as “complete” IMMEDIATELY when they are submitted by your recommender. Paper references take about seven to ten business days from the date your reference was mailed by your evaluator for it to be received by CASPA. If it has been significantly longer than ten business days and you have NOT seen your reference marked as completed on your application, you may want to request to have your reference resent.
