How long does it take for points from matched transactions to be deposited to member accounts?
A Matched Transaction is a purchase that a member makes using a registered card at a participating merchant. Most transactions are matched within 5 business days, however, it may take up to 20 business days. If a member has made an eligible purchase but their points have not been recognized within 20 business days please have them contact Support@Click2HoustonRewards.com with the transaction details including date, location, last four digits of their registered card and receipt if available.
