How long does it take for Organic Bowel Cleanse or CleanseMORE to work? How much should I take?
Typically these formulas work in about 8 to 12 hours, but effectiveness does depend on one’s food transit time. It may take longer for some individuals to pass food through the digestive tract. Start with the suggested dosage and increase only as needed. Both Organic Bowel Cleanse and CleanseMORE can be used for 30 days as a colon cleanse or on an as-needed basis, but they are not suggested for prolonged use. Prolonged use would be more than 3 months in a row without a break.
