well i had to take this only the other week i took some at night then in the mornings but it all depends on how long it has been since you managed to go it may take til 2morro or at latest thursday but just take what the doctor told you to take and when he told you to and just be patient but it takes upto 48 hours max and yes the gas is kinda annoying and the churning is also normal side effect good luck i know this sucks but im all ok now 🙂
