Refunds are reimbursed approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the fee payment deadline. Refunds will go back to the method of payment…check, credit card, financial aid etc. As soon as refunds are completed they will be disbursed to your UWF Debit Card.

Refunds are reimbursed approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the fee payment deadline. Payments made by credit card will be credited back to the card. All other refunds will be sent to Higher One and disbursed via your chosen refund method.
