I was on concerta as a teenager, and to be honest, it never started working for me. It just made it hard for me to concentrate on anything, and impossible to sleep. It has different effects on different people. She needs more than 3 days for the medication to build up in her body and make a difference. If it doesn’t help, maybe try getting her medications switched.
