Canadian geese eggs will take roughly a month to hatch. Specifically, incubation lasts for around 25 to 30 days. It is important to keep in mind that the complete clutch may take from 8 to 36 hours to fully “hatch out”. The goslings usually then take within 24 hours of hatching to be mobile. For the next roughly 10 weeks, both parents will take up defending their brood. At this point of time the goslings will become self-supporting and will be wholly capable of sustained flight.
