How long does it take for an order to be shipped if ordered through e-store?
If you order NetAthlon 1.0, NetAthlon 2.0, or UltraCoach from e-store, you can download the product from the Download’s page. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your serial number and directions on how to authorize the purchased product. Or you can send the Site Code to Support at support@riderunrow.com. We will then send you a Site Key which will authorize your software. We usually send the Site Key within a couple of hours, but please allow up to 24 hours to receive the site key. If you purchased NetAthlon 2.0 Upgrade, please allow up to 24 hours to receive directions on how to authorize and convert all your NA 1.0 courses. Or you can send the Site Code to Support at support@riderunrow.com. We will then send you a Site Key which will authorize all the courses you had in NA 1.0. We usually send the Site Key within a couple of hours, but please allow up to 24 hours to receive the site key.
