How long does it take for a tradesperson to lay carpet?
Unlike us!…they are used to laying carpet…Ive got a london one bed flat and while it was empty a carpet fitter had done my lounge before the coffee percolator had finished!…he was done and gone in an hour!!!…in my last flat I did it myself?…and three days later!…I was left with loads of patchwork bits!…where my idea of mirror cutting around obstacles and door frames had gone wrong!…and using a stanley knife had badly gouged the skirtboards ugh!…and after a week of stretching it had bubbled up near the edges…
