All bills submitted after 3:00 PM (Guam-time) will be posted the next business day. Electronic bills will be processed within 3 to 5 Business Days of posting. Companies indicated with a ‘paid via paper draft’ in the above lists are not set up for electronic payment and therefore receive a paper draft on your behalf. These paper drafts take 5 to 12 Business Days to reach their payees via the US Postal Service.
