How long does it take for a payment to reach the payee (i.e. vendor)?
To provide sufficient time for payments to be received by your payee, the Schedule Date should be a date at least seven business days before the bill’s actual due date. We will not be responsible for any loss you may incur as a consequence of a late payment if your Schedule Date was not at least seven (7) business days prior to the bill’s actual due date.
To provide sufficient time for payments to be received by your payee, the “Delivery By” date should be on or before the due date for the payment. We will not be responsible for any loss you may incur as a consequence of a late payment if your “Deliver By” date was not on or before the biller’s due date.
