How long does it take for a nice cut, body with abs to develop?
It all depends on your genetics. I’ve seen some people develop a body like you’re referring to in a matter of weeks, while some spend years and never obtain that sort of body. I’d start out working out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with weights. I’d stick with the bench press, bicep curls, and pullups for your basic workout. There’s not a lot you have to do to make abs standout, except have a low percentage of bodyfat. You can do crunches and situps until you can’t stand up straight, but if you’re carrying too much bodyfat, then you’re out of luck. To lose the bodyfat, try jogging 3-5 miles, 2-3 days a week, and cut down on your fat and carbohydrate intake.
