How long does it take between applying for NPQH and receiving confirmation of graduation from the programme?
Trainee heads are actively encouraged to book a notional graduation window directly after attending the Regional Introductory Day. They can book a graduation board any time from four months after their Introductory Day. If successful, they will receive their confirmation letter after the graduation moderation, which usually occurs within two weeks of the graduation window closing. Applicants should also take into account the time between submitting their application, attendance at the Assessment and Development Event, and the run up to the Introductory Day, which is around six months.
