How long does it take before I can be enrolled in FairPoint Business Rewards?
There is no waiting period for enrollment into this program. If you are a FairPoint small business customer and your monthly qualifying charges meet the $125 billing threshold, you can enroll in FairPoint Business Rewards. Once enrolled, you will begin earning Points from your monthly billing statements. To enroll in FairPoint Business Rewards please click on the log in link and register with your Billing Telephone Number (BTN) or contact our Customer Support Center at 1-800-204-0547 for assistance with the enrollment process.
