How long does it approximately take to trust someone again?
I guess it depends on what it was. My partner 5 weeks ago suggested making love for the first time, and I accepted her advances.Two days later she retracted and said she was just trying to make herself be in love and that it shouldnt have happened and the sexual relationship must end. After two weeks of intense hurt, there are times when I think I trust her, but a niggling , gnawing anxiety comes back from time to time even though we are now in a regular sexual relationship because I fear she may do it again. So at least 5 weeks !
