How long does HotShot take to work?
HotShot delivers heated washer fluid – even in the worst weather and from a cold start. From start-up, the first hot wash spray commences in about 30-45 seconds. In automatic or park mode, intermittent sprays of the heated washer fluid follow every 6-12 seconds up to 2.5 minutes, unless stopped by the touch of a button. Most importantly, the unit works independently of the vehicle’s radiator and defroster systems, so there is no need for the vehicle to warm up. You have a clear windshield quickly.
