How long does each Moot Court round last?
Each session (except for the Finals, on March 6) begins at 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m on weeknights and at 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. on Saturday. Each session has two rounds. Each argument round will last for one hour, with two students arguing for fifteen minutes each. We ask judges to arrive thirty minutes before their session is scheduled to begin. After the arguments, the judges take approximately 30 minutes both to score the competitors and to offer the students informal comments about their performances.
