How long does Divine Protection last?
When you first start (or restart) your kingdom, you will have 2 hours to spend your money before you can be attacked. However, as soon as you attack someone, Divine Protection ends immediately (even if the 2 hours isn’t up yet). This allows you to end Divine Protection earlier if you’re ready. Q: What is Divine Intervention all about? A: Divine Intervention can either work FOR you or AGAINST you. The Gods are more likely to come down in your favour when you are attacking a kingdom at least 2x your size, and more likely to come down in favour of your enemy if you are attacking a kingdom half your size. Some Hero Items and Monuments also increase the chances of the Gods deciding in your favour. Q: All the land I win is free acres, why is that? Aren’t people developing their land? A: In ROTI, all land you win in battle will be free land (regardless of what buildings your enemy may have constructed on it before you took it).
