Banks that process in real time will deposit the funds shortly after they receive them. Many banks still batch process at end-of-day in which case the money would be in your account at the beginning of the next banking day which would be the following Monday.

If it missed the Friday pay out date it will probably take until the next Friday. However, I have heard of banks losing the refunds. Better jump on them first.
