How long does delivery take?
We normally ship by UPS or other private carriers. Delivery takes between two and three weeks depending on the time of year and the complexity of the order. We have been in business for over 40 years and we have been delivering wine for at least 20 years without major difficulties with our carriers. We are confident you will receive your order satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
Our aim is to deliver every order within 5 working days, once payment is received. Usually you will receive your order within a few days of ordering, however we ask that you allow 5 working days before contacting us regarding your delivery. Please note that during busy periods such as around valentines day and mothers day deliveries may take slightly longer to arrive. If you require an order by a specific date please contact us via email before ordering.
Delivery time depends on your exact location and are impossible to guarantee. Typically delivery to major cities world wide is approximately 3-4 days. If you live in a remote location this may be longer. Delivery times do not consider any possible delay or problem with your customs process- which are completely outside of our control. Typically our products clear customs while actually in transit, making the process extremely smooth and uncomplicated. However, there can occasionally be a delay. We use express air courier unless otherwise noted. Spare parts ordered individually are usually sent by normal airmail that may take 7-10 days unless you wish to pay extra for courier delivery. Dermalight800 are sent by air freight which is typically 2 weeks in transit. Due to international time differences, although you may place an order on Monday your time, we may receive it Sunday or Tuesday our time. A. Provided the item you have ordered is in stock and funds have cleared, delivery will take between two and five working days. If your item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to let you know. Please bare in mind that stone is very heavy and needs a large vehicle to deliver it, so please let us know in advance if your road is narrow or has restricted access in any way.
