How long does delivery take?
For standard, hard coated and AR lenses we aim for 3 days with a 90% success rate. For special lenses (eg. High Index or Transitions) delivery is normally within 7 days. 11. I don’t have a copy of my prescription? All opticians are obliged to provide you with a copy of your prescription when you have an eye examination. If you didn’t receive a copy all you have to do is ask and your prescription will be freely provided. 12. My prescription doesn’t have any sphere values? While not common it is possible, for instance if you have an astigmatism (this just means your eye is not a perfect sphere and is very common) but otherwise normal vision. 13. My prescription doesn’t have any cyl or axis values? This is more common – the cyl and axis are to correct an astigmatism so if you don’t have one you won’t have a cyl or axis. 14. My prescription is outside the range on your form?
