How long does delivery take to UK Mainland addresses?
Providing that stocks are available, delivery takes 5 – 10 working days using our standard service, however we cannot guarantee delivery dates as all couriers state that you should allow up to 28 days for mail order deliveries unless next working day services are purchased. Special embroidery, bespoke order and items that are imported have their own delivery times, and these are shown in our Terms and Conditions of sale, delivery section, and in the product description. Occasionally we do have stock shortages and if we are unable to supply you within 10 days we will inform you (Providing we have been supplied with a valid email address/contact number) and you then have the option of receiving your order as soon as stocks are available or cancelling your order.
