My mini fridge has a freezer (in my office). I assume yours does not, so insulate around it with a zip lock bag and place in a dish with a lid. Or, you can put it in the fridge in an insulated cup. Turn the thermostat down when you put it in, then it’ll stay icy about 6 hours.
