How long does an order usually take to process for shipping?

It depends on the stock availability of the items you ordered. Usually for an order containing only in stock items, they will be shipped on the next dispatch date. Otherwise, it takes an average of 1-3 weeks for us to secure your item through Swarovski in Austria. Special ordered items may also take a longer time. Our staffs can usually send your order into the processing stage within the same business day. If necessary, we ship additional shipments every week (free of charge) until your order is completed.
