We try to send your orders out as soon as possible. If you chose USPS Priority Mail, it typically takes 3 to 6 days (sometimes longer) to receive it from the date we mail it. The mail is carried on a small plane from Haines to Juneau first, so delays can occur due to inclement weather. If you need to receive an order by or on a certain day, Fed Ex is the preferred method. Orders shipped Federal Express Standard or Priority Overnight take two days because we first send your package to Juneau, and Fed Ex picks it up the next day. For instance, we receive your order over the weekend. We pack it up and send it to Juneau on Monday. Fed Ex picks it up on Tuesday and will deliver it on Wednesday.
